Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Associate to join our team. The Operations Associate will help manage day-to-day office operations, organize company events, and support recruitment processes and staff travel.
Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the receptionist for the office, respond to incoming calls, sort and deliver incoming mail to the appropriate department or individual, process outgoing mail
  • Coordinate with the building facilities for overall maintenance, and managing visitors
  • Manage office and kitchen equipment, facilities, and supplies
  • Organize travel and accommodation for staff and company guests
  • Track and manage budgets, expenses, receipts, and reimbursements related to office maintenance and travel
  • Support recruitment processes, including job posting, applicant tracking, and scheduling interviews
  • Organize office events, including office mixers, networking events, conferences, etc.
  • Create reports, letters, and other documents related to operations
  • Performs other related duties as assignedRequired Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
    • Must have exceptional attention to detail
    • Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize
    • Must be a self-starter and fast-learner
    • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Must be proficient with Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suites, and iOSWhy Join Us?

      • Competitive salary and benefitsThis is a hybrid, full-time position. Epipelagic Ventures's office is located in Cambridge, MA. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
