Control Associate:
- Manage document control functions related to global quality
management system compliance.
- Route documents for appropriate review and approval, tracking
progress throughout the process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure up-to-date document
status and tracking.
- Maintain organizational systems to track documentation needs
across business units.
- Support ISO/IATF compliance by handling documentation requests
and requirements.
- Create charts and graphs to visualize R&D project progress
and metrics for presentations.
- Build interactive dashboards for Quality Management
projects.
- Convert Oracle data into actionable Excel spreadsheets and
PowerPoint presentations.
- Ensure data accuracy and perform data entry tasks.
- Communicate effectively across departments to streamline
document managementProfileDocument Control Associate:

quality, or ISO-related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables,
data visualization, and formulas.
