Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced GenAI Engineer with good experience with LLM models with 15 + years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Generative AI OpenAI GPT Azure ML Studio ML Ops Docker AI & ML Concepts Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence Kubernetes Terraform Azure Machine Learning and GIT. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This is a hybrid role with no travel required and a day shift schedule. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced AI and ML solutions using Generative AI Azure ML Studio and other cutting-edge technologies.
• Exposure to Azure OpenAI models is a plus
• Should have experienced in RAG architecture to enable unstructured documents.
• Good understanding and experience in prompt engineering.
• Designing and developing generative AI models and algorithms.
• Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning models ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and ML solutions into existing systems and workflows.
• Develop and maintain MLOps pipelines to streamline the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models.
• Leverage Azure Machine Learning to build train and deploy machine learning models efficiently.
• Use GIT for version control and collaboration ensuring code quality and consistency across the team.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of machine learning models to ensure they meet business requirements and performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies applying new techniques and tools to enhance our solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization.
• Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities for AI and ML applications within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. Qualifications
  • Possess a deep understanding of Generative AI Azure ML Studio ML Ops Docker AI & ML Concepts Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence Kubernetes Terraform Azure Machine Learning and GIT.
  • Demonstrate experience in designing and implementing AI and ML solutions in a hybrid work model.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Show proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Display expertise in infrastructure as code using Terraform.
  • Have a proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
  • Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and advancements.
  • Show strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and solving technical challenges.
  • Have a strong understanding of MLOps practices and tools.
  • Display a passion for innovation and leveraging AI and ML to drive business value. Certifications Required Azure AI Engineer Associate Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 - $ 170,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
