Join our team as a Line Cook at Amica Mutual Pavilion in Providence, Rhode Island!

As a line cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing and delivering high quality dishes to our valued guests in a high volume, fast paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

* Preparing food to specifications before and during unit operations
* Properly measuring and portions all food items
* Cooking all food to proper specifications in a timely manner
* Utilizing kitchen equipment to prepare food items

Requirements include:

* At least two year's experience as a Line Cook, preferably in a high-volume setting
* Ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations
* Ability to move rapidly and coordinate multiple orders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical requirements include:

* Manual dexterity sufficient to chop, mix, blend, whip etc. a variety of foods and liquids
* Ability to lift and carry large pans, weighing up to 50 lbs
* Ability to handle or operate dangerous kitchen equipment

Event season runs from September through June, and night and weekend availability is required. Hourly pay is $21.35 - $21.35 per hour. A flexible work schedule is available, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
