Job Description:

Assists the Team Leader in daily operations, including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, and regulatory compliance. Leads and develops Team Members.

• --- Develops and maintains store layout and product merchandising.
  
• --- Works with Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
  
• --- Analyzes sales, reports, and labor with Team Leader.
  
• --- Demonstrates advanced product knowledge and stays up-to-date on new products.
  
• --- Maintains good vendor relationships and submits paperwork.
  
• --- Resolves team concerns and issues with Team Leader.
  
• --- Functions as point person in Team Leader's absence.
  
• --- Sets and achieves retail execution standards.
  
• --- Fosters a positive team environment and exceptional morale.
  
• --- Directs Team Members to satisfy customers and responds to customer needs.
  
• --- Selects, trains, and develops Team Members for high-performance teams.

      • --- Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
        
      • --- Work requires bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
        
      • --- Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and temperatures up to 90 -F.
        
      • --- Ability to work in a wet and cold environment and use tools and equipment.
        
      • --- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
