Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Applications Specialist who
will provide technical support and customer service for veterinary
imaging systems and laboratory equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical application support and troubleshoot technical
issues for hospital end-users
Oversee equipment maintenance, system testing, and upgrades for
imaging systems
Document and track problems, ensuring efficient ticket flow and
resolution within the team
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in information technology,
specifically with PACS, RIS, HIS, and radiology/cardiology
modalities
Proven knowledge of multiple X-ray units, including DR systems and
portable units
Experience with MRI and ultrasound service knowledge preferred
Some experience with transactional SQL (T-SQL) and relational
database management
Direct field service experience in CT/X-ray is desirable
