We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our PICC Team, providing direct clinical patient care and ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
Job Summary:
The Clinical Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. This includes supervision of staff, ensuring competency of clinical staff, and effective resource management related to patient care.
Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide direct clinical care, including administering medications and treatments
• Supervise and delegate tasks to clinical staff
• Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  Requirements:
  
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
  • PICC Certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
