Job Description:

A company is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager for their omnichannel sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and motivate the omnichannel sales team to meet or exceed sales goals
Recruit, hire, and train new sales associates while ensuring team alignment with company values
Analyze sales reports to maximize productivity and drive engagement

Required Qualifications

Proven ability to manage and develop talent
2-5 years of managerial experience, preferably in a sales environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Virtual sales leadership experience
Experience in coaching and mentoring sales associates
