Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Implementation
Manager to lead customers through the design, configuration, and
implementation of data interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for customers on data interface
design and implementation
Drive project plans with customers to ensure technical and project
deadlines are met
Develop test plans and set up product environments to demonstrate
integrations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience working with customers to build data
interfaces
Strong expertise in interface development for electronic health
records
Knowledge of interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR
Experience with sales enablement and processes for cloud-based
software or SaaS
Experience with SSO requirements and testing client user
accounts
