Apply today.About this role:Wells Fargo seeks a Business Execution Director to lead the Regulatory Affairs Reporting team. This role reports to the Chief Regulatory and Policy Affairs Executive in Regulatory and Policy Affairs (RAPA) within the Chief Operating Office.The Head of Regulatory Affairs Reporting is responsible for advising on and executing Regulatory Affairs' reporting strategy and establishing and maintaining associated processes. This includes preparing and managing board level, senior management, committee, and business/enterprise function presentations, reports, and communications regarding regulatory matters, with a strong emphasis on timely, effective, and high-quality material preparation.This role is visible, challenging, and rewarding, interacting regularly with senior business and functional leaders and with members of governance committees and the Corporate Secretary's office, as appropriate. The individual who assumes this role will be a member of the Regulatory and Policy Affairs Leadership Team, manage a team of direct reports and interact with the Chief Regulatory and Policy Affairs Executive and other RAPA leaders frequently. The incumbent and their team must identify and report significant updates and themes, synthesize complex information into clear and concise reporting, and ensure rigorous attention to detail and quality assurance.Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com (https://www.wellsfargojobs.com/career-areas/)In this role, you will:Manage the Regulatory Affairs Reporting team responsible for preparing and delivering regulatory matters, and other RAPA, reporting materials and presentationsPrepare and manage board-level, senior management, committee, and business/enterprise function materials, presentations, and reports, including weekly Operating Committee reports and regular Board of Directors Regulatory Compliance Operating Committee (RCOC) reportsInterface with Regulatory Affairs colleagues to stay abreast of current regulatory engagements and policy and consumer practices initiativesInteract with senior management and key partners to maintain awareness of the regulatory environment and status of significant regulatory mattersDevelop and maintain data, reporting and dashboards regarding status of regulatory mattersOversee development, maintenance, and execution of Regulatory Affairs Reporting processes and controlsRequired Qualifications:8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education4+ years of management experienceDesired Qualifications:8 years of suitable executive and/or board reporting, regulatory relations, business execution, implementation, legal, or strategic planningExperience establishing, maintaining, and executing reporting to senior management and/or boards of directors in a large financial institution or comparable organizationExperience in regulatory relations involving the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Reserve, the FDIC, and/or the Consumer Financial Protection BureauStrong knowledge of the financial services industry and regulatory environmentProven ability to interact with executives and business leaders, remain calm under pressure, navigate conflicting priorities, and handle challengeDemonstrated ability to execute effectively, build and maintain strong credible relationships, and develop partnerships with multiple business and risk areasAbility to identify business risks and to plan and execute process improvements to mitigate such risksExcellent organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver exceptional work product in fast paced and dynamic work environmentFlexible approach and comfort with time-sensitive requests and changing prioritiesDemonstrated ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build constructive and effective relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environmentBA/BS Degree, Graduate degree preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyJob Expectations:This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipThis position offers a hybrid work schedulePosting Location:401 S Tryon Street Charlotte, NC10 S Wacker Dr Chicago, IL150 E 42nd St New York, NY125 High St Boston, MA1700 K St NW Washington, DCThe Chief Operating Office adheres to a location strategy; therefore, your candidacy may be determined based on your current location.
